Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The service is an absolute 10/10, the hosts are incredible and are very friendly and homely making breakfast for us every morning and ensuring that we were okay. Probably the best value for money hotel in all of Cusco.

Location is the best. Right at San Pedro Market. The owners take good care of their guests. They kept our bags when we had to go to Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca. The breakfast provided is top notch. All natural ingredients and homemade. The best is that the taxi that they ordered for us to go to the airport did not arrive. Manuel felt bad and personally drove us to the airport. That is definitely top notch service.

Hotel is completely family run. They did their best to make for a pleasant stay and seem to take great care of their B&B. Bed was comfortable and lots of layers of blankets were provided, much needed during the cold nights (indoor heating isn't that common in Cusco). Shower had hot water, and rooms were very secure. It's also an easy location to explore the city from.

We had one of our best stays at Cusco here. The owners are so loving and warm and do everything to take care of you. The rooms are very clean, it is centrally located, the price is a steal, the breakfast is healthy, fresh and organic. This is a small family run BnB and they do everything within their means to make your stay comfortable. The owners even catered to our specific dietary needs.

We stayed here twice and had a great stay both times. The beds were really comfortable and the host was super helpful, got us takeaway breakfast for early morning starts and organised a taxi for us to take us to the airport (cheaper than Uber). Laundry is good value.

Terrific location - minutes from the main plaza. Very quiet at night. Big, comfortable bed and fantastically hot shower. Delicious organic breakfast. The staff were absolutely beautiful people!

We loved EVERYTHING! The hosts were absolutely great, the most welcoming hosts ever and couldn’t have done more to help us during our stay and we even got given a little gift from them as we left. Kept out bags when we went to Macchu picchu for a few days which was very kind. We had a fantastic breakfast each morning and the mornings when we were out early on day trips they provided a pack up breakfast which we were definitely not expecting. The room was far larger than we expected and the location was also amazing, just off san pedro market. We felt very safe and at home here, a real home away from home, would recommend to everyone

The owner is very friendly and helpful. We communicate with google translate just fine. Really good breakfast. Great location, just next to Peru rail’s San Pedro station. Our train was delayed a lot and we arrived around midnight. The owner waited for us and checked us in quickly.
