The staff was super friendly, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was very diverse, excellent selection. They offered lunch as well for less than 10eur, which was also an excellent option after a long walking tour. Overall joyful stay,...excellent value for money.

Nice place, worth the money spent. Really justifies three stars it has. Also great and helpful staff, five stars for them. It happened that we didn't have bath coats in the room and when we reported it, they resolved it very quickly. Also, food is very nice, traditional and tasty (although we had breakfast only).

Nice hotel, more than i can expect from 3* stars rated hotel. Arrived to the hotel late, checked in very quickly, got many tips from the girl from reception about hotel, attractions nearby. The room ( studio) was good, clean, exactly looks like on hotels photo on site. Breakfast - good, there was plenty of food - good choice for every one i think. Unfortunately, because of family affair we had to break our vacations and left hotel on 3rd night ( instead of 6th). And the price for staying was deducted - great surprise, i didnt even expested it. I will come to this hotel again - and I can recommend it to my friends and customers.

Great place, but a bit uncomfortable in a restaurant. Between two halls where you can eat they choose to have kids playroom in a smoking allowed one. It's tiny and smells like an ashtray( One of our kids doesn't eat gluten, they was only few choices for him at the breakfast, so we booked a room with kitchen. Kitchen was super tiny and housekeeping didn't change are clean even few cups that we used. The restriction no kids at pool after 6 pm is understandable but uncomfortable. 9 pm is early for the pool to be closed Spa was ok. But massage with pilling was done in my own underwear and I had to walk covered in scrub in pool's shower, where the are people and after had the rest of the massage in wet underwear. Usualy privite shpower on massage room and a one time use underwear are provided. Well use a swim suit and gran a one to change they could have at least warned me.

The hotel has a convenient location right at the entrance to the city. There is an amusement park and a small lake nearby for a leisurely walk. Inside, it's a typical hotel, unlike the apartments, there is no kitchen or washing machine. However, there was a small balcony where you could enjoy the view of the trees. In the basement, there is a spa, and I enjoyed the pool and sauna. It was a great way to end the evening! Breakfast was included, and there was a good selection of dishes. Everything was tasty and fresh.

The location of this property is everything!! You can literally walk to go to Zlatibor Center. Lidl supermarket is next door (1 minute by walk), parking near the hotel is free of charge, the Zlatibor Theme Park was opposite, we could see the Ferris Wheel from our balcony! We also had 3 hours everyday spa facilities. The indoor pool is very large, clean and the staff are very nice. Walkable distance to the Gold Gondola and Zlatibor Center. Other attractions such as : waterfall, cave etc... are not very far (30-40mins max)
