Booked last minute but very glad i did. Great hotel with excellent room facilities. Amazing shower and deep bath. Nice sized room and comfortable bed. Next door to a 7/11 and a large supermarket. About 10 mins walk from Exit 2 Minatomirai station. Check in receptionist was very professional, helpful and spoke excellent English..

A great view from the restaurant. Breakfast selection limited but a nice mixture of Japanese, Chinese and Western offerings.

The reception counter staff is very kind to us, we need to receive and sent a package, and they are very helpful and willing to serve us! The clean up strategy is smart by using a card controlled by the visitor including clean the room or not / change the sheet or not. They even hang a bag of new tower when we put "try next door" card. It's a very amazing accommodation experience, I will definitely recommend people to here if they need to.

Coming at the end of our trip around Japan this was the little dollop of luxury we needed to finish off our holiday. It felt very grand in reception on the 20th floor and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable with great views.

Great position in Minatomirai, not far from the Train Station and the subway. We took a stroll on tue pathway alongthe sea and reached Aka-renga in a few minutes

It is 2nd time to stay in, even Abit distance to the CBD, but very quiet and spacy room. We like it.
