It’s a nice place to stay but getting a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Food on site is good and fair value which is just as well as the hotel is a taxi ride to anywhere else to eat. Would I stay there again? Probably for one or two days but no longer.

Room size was excellent / harbor view was great - could see planes in distance & Tokyo tower. Excellent locasti9on we walked around a lot - shops / cafes / parks / Noodle Houde / Cruise Terminal. So handy for a cruise to stay here before or after.

I loved the view on the bay, really a great view from my room. The room itself also was excellent, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower & bath, and there are also several good quality restaurants within the hotel. I tried only one, the Japanese restaurant. It was a bit expensive but very good. And great to have such a restaurant in your hotel when you arrive late after a long intercontinental travel. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice, including nice Asian food. Delicious and different types of grilled fish. So excellent breakfast.

The Location is the best that can be in Yokohama, Minatomirai area right next to the Queen's Towers, Landmark Tower, Pacifico Convention Centre, Metro Station, Porter's world etc. Views are excellent from the room windows and lobby. Excellent, fast, attentive service at reception and concierge for check in, check out, and cloak room for holding baggage and helping with airport drop off shuttle bus reservation.
