The room was simple, but comfortable and clean. The hotel had been renovated a number of years back so the room was a misc of business hotel aesthetics (basic) and modern styling. This hotel had a public bath which allowed me to relax after a busy day. The staff were exceptional and were the best part of this hotel. My partner had left something behind after checking out and when he called, they were able to locate it swiftly. The hotel is a short walk from Yokohama station. We like how there was a convenience store next door and a 24 hour udon store just across the road.

A convenient location for Yokohama station, with a good variety of local restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sento was nice, and the other hotel facilities (coin laundry etc.) were easy to access.

The hotel staff was very friendly and a big bonus the speak English. Great foyer and the room was very cosy. Hotel was close to Yokohama station. The public bath was very relaxing after a full day of activities and it has an ice cream vending machine. There was only one pillow per person in the room and the pillows is uncomfortable other issue was the room was located sort of parallel with the lift and you can hear the hosting noise when the lift is in use. This carries on every second day and night.

Very spacious room for a Japanese hotel! Lovely facilities. Great location, about 10 mins walk from train station and lots of shops/restaurants nearby.

Stayed in numerous hotels throughout Japan so far. This one had the lowest rating. But it exceeded my expectation. So the 10 is to up the rating. The room was very nice and spacious. Finally a soft pillow in a hotel! The staff was overly nice. Cleaning was good. And the hotel itself looked really good. Also the location is in a very lively area in Yokohama wich made the stay extra pleasant.

When I entered in the lobby, it was smelling so good! The staff was amazing, as we arrived before check-in, they took out suitcases and then brought them up to our room. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the train station and restaurants.

There were 24-h restaurants around, and a shopping mall within the walking distance. The staff were all friendly, and helpful for keeping luggage there temporarily.
