Nice staff, ready to help. Our kids loved the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Less than 30 minutes to Cascade and Devils Head mountains. Great value for its price

The hotel itself was very clean, staff was great, but the whole facility needs an update. The bathroom and rooms and halls are all very outdated.

The lady cleaned our room, but our beds were never made. She never put coffee in there and we didn’t have towels when we called down at 8:30 at night to ask if they could bring us towels and coffee. They said they could not bring them to us we had to come down to the lobby to get them Which I find very poor service.
