Excellent service throughout our stay. Excellent breakfasts, well cooked. Evening meals good value for guests. The evening meals we had were above average apart from one main which I had that was overcooked. A lovely relaxing atmosphere to the hotel. Hotel has its own parking which is good.

The room was spotless and well maintained. Staff were incredibly helpful and the service at breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is located just out of the main town which makes it perfect for a peaceful stay.

The Saxonville is old-school in the best possible way and I hope it never changes. In excellent condition throughout and spotlessly clean, with lots of thoughtful in-room touches. Very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. The dinner menu looked delicious too but the weather was so good I opted for fish and chips down by the harbour.

Very friendly staff and table service at breakfast, which was excellent. My wife found it a little bit too far to walk into the centre of whitby due to her health condition.
