Awesome room! Great view, room was so clean and well equipped. Lovely thoughtful details like room snacks, shower gel pouches smelled delicious! Customer service was absolutely exceptional. Honestly, 5 star service. Lots of attention to detail, care and attention and personal service that went the extra mile. We absolutely loved our stay, albeit short, and would 1000% visit again.

Andrew and Beth were so friendly, the room we had was exceptional,breakfast was lovely,it was my husbands 60th birthday treat for one night away,nice touch having a balloon in the room,we will definitely be visiting again,but hopefully do 2 nights next time Thank you again

- Host very welcoming and helpful in regard to parking - little extras, crisp, popcorn, biscuits in room a very nice touch - Room was beautiful with lovely view, very comfortable, clean and bright(room 1) also had little balcony. You wouldn’t sit out on balcony but could stand and take in the view - price a little high for 2 nights with no breakfast (available at additional cost) but this being said we had a wonderful stay Thank you

Room was lovely with a balcony which had a sea view. There were a lot of lovely original Edwardian features throughout this fantastic building. The breakfast was superbly cooked and there was plenty of it. The owners were lovely and welcoming and even went to the trouble of giving me a little birthday cake with a candle on it at breakfast.

The hotel is set back from the seafront so there is very little traffic noise. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room looked over the seafront with a great view of the pier lit up at nighttime. The room was spotless with all the facilities you would need. Breakfast was very tasty and freshly cooked. A very enjoyable night awaym
