We were met by a nice gentleman who explained the lift location,how to work to door entrance and exit as there would be no staff when we got back. There is a phone number should we need help. The owner ran the bar nextdoor but we had no need to bother him.

Very clean, tidy. Great staff and host, good prices in the bar in the Monaco ( Next door, allied to the Midland), location in relation to centre and car parking spot on.

There was NO BREAKFAST provided (see below). The manager/owner recommended Stones café nearby and I had an excellent breakfast there. The room was well heated and the bed was comfortable. The manager/owner was keen to help book a taxi when I left. There was a fine view from my window overlooking the bay.

The absolute best thing about this place is the staff. Keith is a gem. He has a fab sense of humour and will do everything to make sure you have a good stay.
