Lovely staff both welcoming & helpful, room was very nice , we only came down for 1 night to watch the carnival of lights whitch were amazing despite a few faults, but what do people expect things in life do go wrong we had brilliant time came back to the hotel greeted by a lovely lady on reception, next morning the breakfast was good the staff were lovely, then it was time to go home

located in a quite part of weston super mare with a lovely view of the sea. lovely place and had a bar/ entertainment room. rooms had a stand up shower and beautiful high ceilings
