"Please note that Wengen is a car-free village and can be reached by train from Lauterbrunnen railway station in about 11 minutes. A free shuttle service is offered on arrival and departure, from 07:00 to 21:00. Please call us as soon as boarding on the train in Lauterbrunnen. We will then organise the shuttle transfer.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

First, the high quality and professionalism of the hotel staff were what separated this hotel from others. They were consistently courteous, efficient and willing to engage with the guests. Second, the creativity and variety of the restaurant menu are worth mentioning. Chef Jan mingled and engaged with clients throughout the meals, bringing a real personal and genuine touch to our stay.

The hotel breakfast was good , fresh eggs are made to order, however, ran out of croissants etc by 10 , Best to have breakfast early.

The hotel was well located in Wengen and gave an easy access to the slopes. We had someone pick us up at the train station, which was extremely convenient when arriving with all the ski gear. The breakfast food was amazing and there was a great tea selection!

Premium location with the amazing view of the whole village and the mountain. Lights at night and so quiet. The staff were adorable and very warm hearted making connection with them very easy.

BREakfast was the best we had in Our trip in terms of variety and quality. The property has been renovated and def has really nice rooms. Ours looked into the mountains. Totally recommend it. THEy offer shuttles to pick up and drop off from the station. fantastic.
