Lovely and warm staff! Room very clean and breakfasts delicious. Easy to get in ans out of Zurich centre and wonderful value. Hugely recommended!

Good breakfast. Attentive personnel. Hotel room for a family big enough. Location is good, as it is 20 min from Zurich. Building is shared with apartments (not hotel)

Room was spacious with plenty of storage. Breakfast was available at a reasonable cost. Room was exceptionally clean. It was 10 minutes walk to our friend’s apartment. Staff were extremely helpful.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet and spacious. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel is well located just 20 minutes from the airport on the number 12 tram, and less than 100m from the tram station. Every single member of staff I met were wonderful - very pleasant and helpful. The bistro was cosy and had a really nice vibe. The hotel also supports the placement of people with additional needs in order to prepare them for work, which I think is amazing and the main reason I chose to book here.
