Traveling around Asia for several weeks: This was by far the best accommodation I had. Spotlessly clean, lots of space, first-class, modern facilities. Best breakfast selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Since I had to go back to Vientiane on the way back, I naturally booked the hotel again.

Comfortable stay and good location. Staff were absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much Ti and Vee! We arrived late at night and talked to them on arrival about getting train tickets. In the morning they had organised purchase for us. Amazing customer service!!

The Urbanite is a relatively new building on the edge of the center of Vientiane. There are several other hotels of the same category in the vicinity. There are small stores opposite for drinks and snacks. It is a four-star hotel and we can fully confirm this standard. It offers all the comfort and convenience you need when traveling. We spent four nights here as a family with two adult children and it was wonderful. The first positive feature to mention is the reception staff. At the front desk, the always friendly smiling Ms. Kham, Ms. Ti, Mr. Yeehcell, Mr. Chantaree and Mr. Wim made sure to fulfill all our requests and answer our questions. It was truly remarkable. Whenever we appeared in the lobby, one of the five staff members would greet us with a friendly face from behind the reception desk. The breakfast was very special and delicous. There were four Laotian main courses with rice, a different delicacy every day. The variations were very varied and extremely tasty. I would love to have this cook at home. For lovers of continental breakfasts, there were omelettes, bacon and sausages. There was also a fruit bar with lots of fruit and other delicacies. The buffet chef was also very friendly and always eager to answer any questions. Very, very good service, really. Of course, I don't want to forget the room service. Whatever you needed, towel, soap or anything else. They were always there to help in a friendly manner. So great! (a big "Thank you" to the staff for everything)

Nice, clean pool but a bit on the street. Big family suite with two rooms with two bathrooms, kitchen (not much in it to use it though) and living room. Nice view from the two balconies. We also had a washing machine that was very helpful. Great breakfast. Staff was helpful. Night bus to go to Pakse was available for pick up and booking from the hotel.
