The staff were really nice and always to help. The hotel has a cafeteria which is quite convenient as you can grab a quick bite before going to bed. The room is a descent size and clean.

The hotel looked quite cool and modern in the photos whereas when we got there, it seemed like an average, middle-range hotel lobby. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is a shuttle van that you can sign up for, I think it goes at 6pm and 7pm. There is a small, well equipped gym behind the lobby.

This higher end hotel is totally worth the money! Absolutely clean room with modern interior, huge bathroom, comfy beds and enough space for luggage etc. The breakfast is great with a lot of choice. The cafe downstairs offers some great drinks & food, definitely worth a try! Decent gym with all the important devices for a good workout & free water. The most valuable & surprising point is the service. The staff is excellent, perfect English and the most helpful we encountered in Laos. Since it's located a bit outside of the center it's very quiet and the hotel offers a free shuttle in the evening to the center.

Clean, comfortable and has a nice outdoor pool with a gym. The hotel isn’t located near the city center so don’t expect to walk there easily. Staff was very accommodating, WiFi worked well and hotel also arranged airport transfers. Rooftop was also really nice at sunset!
