We had a very pleasant 2-night stay. Our room was a good size and had all that we needed: comfy bed and pillows, mini fridge, hot water (even in the bathroom sink) and 4 bottles of water every day. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and breakfast was adequate with a few Asian choices, as well as cook-to-order eggs and bacon, and some fruit choices. Location is perfect, within walking distance to a large night market, lots of restaurants, and sights. I would stay here again.

The room was small but well arranged. We had a window but it looked straight out on to a wall. Maybe check if that matters to you. We were in the old part of the city and a great location for walking the streets and also getting a tuk tuk. The breakfast was really good, western style breakfast as well as Asian, the eggs were cooked to order. The staff were friendly and helpful. The TV in the room was great, I could cast my phone to it and watch films. Electronic key, I love these over a traditional key, they are so easy to keep in your wallet/purse.

We were returning after having stayed for two nights a couple of weeks earlier. Room was fine, air-conditioning and bathroom good. Located on a quiet side street in the city-proper and a couple of blocks from the night-market. Staff are pleasant and helpful, albeit that some struggle a little with English (but not nearly as much as we do with Lao). Good breakfast.

Excellent location and the young staff were cheerful and anxious to help. As a westerner, I thought the breakfast options very good. A map and few brochures, if such things exist, on the city’s attractions would be useful.
