Everything was perfect, clean and spacious apartment, locations jest amazing - 1 minute to the tram station, simple check-in and check-out, I do recommend!

The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a Hofer (Aldi if you are from Ireland) only a 4 minute walk from the appartment and also a BILLA. There is a kebab shop very close called mis kebap this place was fabulous, really good food from there. Also the train station was only a 5 minute walk from the appartment which was another bonus. There was a place for us to leave our luggage on the last day after check out until we were heading to the airport.

Website should make it clearer that breakfast is off site. It was clean. Food selection ok but no fresh fruit juices or slices of fruit available.

The Apartment was very conveniently situated near the tram station which connects the train station and all city centres. There was a small supermarket nearby and some kebab stores. So, if you want to cook your meal or want to grab a quick bite, both are easy. The apartment has a self check-in facility which was just convenient for us. The room was well lit, very spacious, the kitchenette was well stocked. Additionally, they had a lounge facility on the ground floor for the early check-in. In such cases you can wait in the lounge : it was a play corner for children, seating arrangements, a tv, a dining table, a work corner, washing machines and a kitchenette ( not stocked ). For us, we reached early and till 15:00 ( check-in) we waited very comfortably in the lounge.

The amenities were really good, including a lounge area with toys for the baby. The rooms were clean, and we were provided with everything for our baby, too. The location is amazing with easy access to public transport. We had a great stay.

The room was very big and comfortable. We were two adults and two children (11 and 14) - it felt completely perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and surprisingly - so was the sofa bed. the kitchen has everything we needed. The access is very easy with codes. Everything was so clean and nice. There is a tram stop right next to the apartment, taking you to the Opera and to the Prater. And another 400 meters - another tram stop. Both trams have good connections with U-bahn. There is Lidle very close and another smaller supermarket right next to the building + a fuels station, since nothing else works on sundays :) The kids loved it so much, that they wanted to go again just for the stay.

1. The property is great overall with all facilities that is expected. 2. The overall cleanliness is good. There are areas where improvement is needed. For example, the unit I moved into had closet door handle broken, and some lights isn't working. I'm not bothered with it because we either don't use or use alternative like bedside lamp instead. 3. The key code was delivered in email / booking.com messages which is fine and on-time. 4. Included breakfast is fine but note the comments in "what I don't like" section 5. Tram is located RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. EU2.40 straight to the central station.

Just nest to line one station which one can easily get to the heart of city within 20 mins. Spacious apartment boasts necessary kitchen equipment.
