The apartment is the one in the pictures. It is spacious, bright, and comfortable in a building with an elevator. Supply stores nearby. Two smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube. The bed in the bedroom is large and comfortable. The train didn't bother us at all without pulling the window shutters. We felt good together with two children.

Everything was fine. Spacious, clean, quiet apartment, good internet, two TVs with netflix, in an area well connected to public transport. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including coffee (thank you!) The building has an elevator. Very nice owner, communication was excellent.

Great location - a little over 5 minutes' walk from Rennweg station. A wonderfully spacious apartment - well equipped - warm and comfortable. Great communication with the owner - Norbert - who was very helpful. Having an evening flight home, it was useful to be able to leave luggage in the basement and collect it before heading to the airport (direct trains from and to Rennweg station - so convenient!). Several shops/cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. A favourite was Cafe Chilai - open from 07.00 until midnight, with last food orders at 22.30 - lovely food and friendly staff). Transport links (I used mostly the underground/train; tram also available) are excellent, but walking is also an option - main sights within a manageable distance. Felt a safe area and access to the apartment was straightforward (very clear and helpful instructions). Would be very happy to go back.
