The property was exactly as described. It was in an excellent location to get to from the main train station and airport, with a subway station very close (although the Rathaus subway stop does not have an elevator for those with heavy bags). It was also very close to the main Christmas market. The apartment was very clean and spacious and we were provided with a tour on arrival. There was a small elevator to get to our apartment. We were able to store our luggage securely on our last day, after checkout and before our flight.

This apartment is my top choice in Vienna! The secure garage made it easy to leave our car while we explored the city on foot. It’s equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are both friendly and professional, and the space is impeccably clean, warm, and inviting. In one word – perfect!
