Very comfortable stay - attentive staff - although having to pay extra for a camomile tea bag was a bit much ! They could have offered that ‘on the house’. The breakfast is quite expensive, although a good selection.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was spotless, super comfy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great Position, close to tram 2 and U2. Just Behind the Rathaus, parlament and the volksgarten. The hotel room are spacious and clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is not huge, but it offers everthing for every taste and it is good. The sound insulation is also good, the noise form the street is completely removed once the windows are closed.

Hotel is placed in very good location, close to city center and public transportation. There is a lot of grocery stores and restaurants in the surroundings . Room was very specious and nicely design. Bed was comfortable, it was quiet.

*The bed was very confortable, and there was no noise, so it was possible to sleep peacefully *It was winter and the heating System was working perfectly *the had coffee machine inside the rooms so you can use it for breakfast

The staff was super-friendly and helpful. The location is very good, we could walk everywhere or use the tram that is right in front.

Great location for seeing central Vienna. My room faced an inner courtyard so was very quiet. Comfortable bed but I struggle with a single duvet! Reception desk staff always helpful. Good sized bathroom with decent bath. Shower worked well. All very clean. I was visiting family nearby so was out a lot.

Really enjoyed our stay. We visited Vienna for the Christmas markets and the location of the hotel was perfect for walking to most of the markets. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were a pleasure to deal with.
