Great location, unfortunately, no breakfast. I have known this hotel for many years, and I am so disappointed that they d not serve breakfast anymore!

This is was our one night in Vienna and it was just what we needed! The hotel is right next to the subway station. Comfy beds and hot water is the plus. During winter the room was warm.

Location is excellent. Can connect anywhere in the city via the tram station opposite. Staff was very helpful in answering my queries. Room was clean and facing garden so very quiet which was great for me.

The room was clean enough. Everything stated in the ad was available. A decent place to stay in Vienna. Good location. Very pleasant and polite staff.

They don't serve breakfast except, coffee. They would have provided water boiler in room, so that guest could boil water to drink.

It should mainly be considered just a place to sleep, pretty quiet, location not bad although had to take U6 and then another line (subway or tram) to get most places in central Vienna - but luckily U6 station is right across the street. Shower and bathroom are very decent and enough for getting ready in the morning/evening. Staff friendly. Pay on arrival and option to cancel up until 2 days before stay were very convenient as I was unsure about my stay until closer to the date.

The room was quite big and the en-suite was spacious. There were two double beds in the room, and the mattress was comfortable, It was a good experience for a night only
