There is no one in the entrance but customer service solved my problem and combined my two different reservations. Rooms and toilets were clean. Location is amazing, especially if you travelling with a heavy luggage, you only need 10 meter walk to reach hostel after metro station. Also there is billa supermarket next to hostel for every needs.

Modern, clean property, beds can be closed by a blind, safe and quiet sleep, automatic check-in, right opposite the Hbf and next to U1.

The cleanliness 👌🏾 Perfect location, U-station is literally next to the building 👌🏾 The Belvedere castle is about 20 minutes walk away.

I like the self check-in through their digital system which works very well even though I saw some older Asian tourists who were fighting with the codes etc. and asking help from me:) The location is convenient, especially the subway, train & bus stations are nearby. The common area in the entrance is large and good place to chill out or just wait your check-in time if you arrive earlier. The bathrooms are clean.

You're right beside the metro station and train station so that's very handy. There's a 24 hour store right across from you if you're hungry or thirsty. Supermarket right next door with Aldi a 5 minutes walk away. Also convenient launderette nearby. Kitchen had a vending machine for snacks or coffee and plenty of communal space to sit down.
