For once, this was really a 4 star hotel (I slept 117 night in hotels in 2024). The furniture was of high quality, staff always nice and available, everything is very clean (cleaning ladies are everywhere), food was really good. I regret that I changed hotel for the week-end.

Clean, good bed, great Pillows, excellent. I Visit this hotel since it opened. I was there accidentally and liked it a lot. It remains one of my all time favourites.

Great location. Very friendly bar staff. Excellent food in the bar and breakfast. Lovely big room with bath and shower. Very friendly cleaning staff. Wonderful surprise for the birthday we celebrated while there!

We got upgraded to suite upon arrival, which was really nice . We also received amenities to the room on my birthday !! The suite was really nice ,spacious and clean.The breakfast has everything you need to start your day. Everything seems to work in this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also quite big and well-lit. Everything was clean. It is situated close to Belvedere palace (5 minutes walk) and 20-25 minutes away walking from Stefanplatz and Hofburg Palace. The parking garrage is just around the corner and costs 18€/day. You have direct access from the garrage to the hotel which is great. If you have luggage you can use the elevator and you don't have to carry them around you on the street. The breakfast is quite rich, but we believed it to be a bit too expensive (24€/day), you can get the same things in a chic cafe in the centre of the city where they have waaaaaay better coffee.

I always choose this hotel because it’s so calm clean and relaxing. The view on the Belvédère is magical and the breakfast is excellent. It’s also the best value for money you can get in Vienna because the rooms are really spacious, super comfortable and once again very calm .

Cosy, comfortable and spacious rooms. Good value for money especially during the Christmas period where hotels prices are absurd. Distance could be an issue for some as it is 15mins walk to the City Centre but It is right opposite the metro and tram stops and the central station is only 2-3 stops away which is very convenient. I was impressed by the rooms for a 4star hotel (it even had a small balcony overlooking the park and city skyline). Bathroom was modern as well with Ritual amenities. Prior to other experiences in Europe, the reception was welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is next to a central metro station. You can easily take the metro from the airport and go there its 4 stops if I remember correct.There is also a tram station at about 70m . It is very convenient to move with tram to the city center. The room was very big was like a suite . With lot of space for clothes. Big bathroom with everything in and a separate small wc. Extra room with a sofa . Really one of the best rooms I ve ever been. Very clean room. The hotel had large reception . We were there at early of December and they had a big Christmas tree . It’s located also very close to Belvedere.
