Owner and staff extremely friendly and competent. Central and spacious, also the breakfast served at the closest cafeteria was nicely organised and friendly served.

Roberto met us and gave us many tips on visiting Verona and dining recommendations. He was well organized and very personable. The room (the Oro room) and bathroom were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient to touring Verona, The building itself looks newly renovated and nicely appointed in the modern style. The included breakfast served at the cafe across the street was very good and a great start to the day.

Excellent location halfway between train station and arena. Felt very safe. Easy walking distance to station and all of old town. Excellent host. Felt very "Italian" rather than generic. Good size room. Included breakfast in the cafe over the room - with fantastic coffee, fresh juice and huge pastries.

Fantastic location. Walking distance from the train station. Lovely welcome by Monica, including a map & tips of where to visit & a decent list of restaurant options. Clear instructions for breakfast & check out. Decent hairdryer too! (Which can be rare in tourist accommodation) The space in the room was very good for the centre of a city. Staff at the cafe for breakfast were very welcoming.

Beautiful rooms and a wonderful terrace. The location is close to the city center. The breakfast is in the cafe across the street - they have very good coffee and food.
