Fabulous property, newly and beautifully refurbished with everything you could need, and just a minute’s walk from the Arena, and yet very quiet. Very comfortable with 2 separate double rooms, 2 big shower rooms, great staff who were very responsive and helpful. Drinks topped up daily. Can’t recommend highly enough.

This was our favourite place out of the six stops in Italy. The location was perfect, the room was stylish and beautifully appointed but the highlight of our stay was Alessia, the concierge who ensured we had a magical stay in Verona.

Palazzo Ciopeta is tucked away in a small street but ideally accessible to all main walkways through easily walkable Verona. It was quiet with the windows shut or you felt like part of the passing and local experience with windows open. Alessia's help and suggestions were terrific and helped us get started in finding good restaurants cafes etc. It was a special occasion for us and that was celebrated with a special gift for us on arrival! Verona became one of our top favourite Italian locations. It is as gorgeous as we had been told by others! Loved our apartment's bathroom and in fact all of the building just shines with Italian "style".

Incredibly friendly staff, super helpful and kind!! Our place was very close to the teatro and was a great base so we could walk back and have a rest any time during the day. Loved the little touches of welcome drinks and waters.
