Claudio was an excellent host. He guided us perfectly. Giving us important tips on restaurants and places of interest. The location is very central, close to the train station and the Arena di Verona. Above all the B&B was comfortable and really clean. We strongly recommend it.

Amazing place for stay even for months.Very very clean BB.Claudio is a amazing host very helpful,very friendly,very kind.Very cozy place with everything needed.Coffee,tee,fresh fruits,biscuits as well free breakfast 🥰The location also is good .The bus station is near 2 min walk.The train station is 15 minutes walk.100% recommended place.

We liked everything about even though it was advertised as breakfast not included, he has tea/coffee making facility in the rooms as well as in the breakfast area. He provided fruit, as well as individually wrapped snacks. When we first arrived he had all types of tea except black. As we were looking for black tea he went to buy some within half an hour. He also gave us great ideas of where to go for sightseeing and for eating. Claudio the owner was very friendly

Claudio is an amazing host who is really welcoming and is willing to help with the directions, spots to visit in Verona. The location is quite good and as well, It’s quite easy to get to all the attractions in the city centre (20-30 min walk)

We have stayed in the two rooms junior suite which had a kitchinete in one of the rooms and featured a private bath. The appartment was confortable although not luxurious. The kitchinete was basic with an electric plate, small fridge and coffe machine. The bathroom was well appointed and modern. It is roughly 20 min from Verona old town. The best part was actually the host which was very helpful, allowed a late check out and even gave us the keys from his garage to deposit our bicycles.

It is about 15 to 20 minutes from train station by walking. It is a calm place, clean with AC and comfortable beds. I also liked the host, who was very helpful and friendly.

Good welcome. For the breakfast for breakfast there Was Coffee, thé, fruits and vareuse cakes in self service.

The B&B was wonderful, very clean, well-kempt and comfortable. Coffee and snacks available. Claudio was a fantastic host, friendly and helpful. He also helped to book a taxi to station when we had to leave early morning. Bathroom was separate to the room, but this was not a problem as still private and the B&B felt very quiet. B&B was located in a lovely local area with lots of nice restaurants, cafes and markets. Had to walk approx. 20mins to town, but Claudio helpfully provided a map of Verona and showed us the route and good places to explore.
