The location was very pleasant and there was easy access to the ferry by a short bus ride. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. Happy to recommend the hotel to those who want to be on the waterfront and away from the crowds.

Staff were welcoming and genuinely happy to help in any way. Effortless check in and check out, fantastic breakfast. Room was great with fantastic view from the balcony, very comfortable with roomy bathroom and chairs with desk. 10 min from Lido centre and main vaporetto stop, with a bus stop right outside the hotel (fares covered by the vaporetto pass). 8 min walk from tronchetto stop at S.Nicolo.

A real gem of a place. Beautiful quaint hotel on an island a quick ferry ride from Venice. Lots of green spaces and beaches which provide a lovely rest from the business of Venice. Staff were fabulous. Very helpful with information.
