Best hotel in Lido and Venice. Just on the Lagoon next to the Vaporetto and the main street. I always stay in Lido as it’s quiet and unique att. The hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful

The location is perfect, 1 min from the boat station to go to Venice San Marko. The building is very nice, we loved the interiors. And it was really warm inside, and it's important when you visit Lido in October.

The breakfast was amazing every morning plenty to choose from and always fresh and beautifully laid out. The toaster could do with being a bit hotter so you don’t have to put it through multiple times for it to toast but a small thing against the quality breakfast.

We absolutely LOVED being right on the water and having a view across to Venice. Breakfast on the terrace and drinks at sunset were also the highlight of our stay. We will be sure to come back again next year!

Location very good. View very good but would of liked a sun bed or such to enjoy a afternoon to sit in the sun and watch the boats go by. Breakfast excellent.

Location - amazing, 100m from ferry terminal. Restaurant - breakfast by the lagoon looking toward san marco. Dinner inside air conditioned (it was 33 degrees outside!) Bedroom - quiet, powerful air conditioning, slept better than at home !
