The villas are in a perfect location just a 2 min walk from the beach and a 10 min walk from the center. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff was super nice and friendly. We were there in November and hope to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and the sea next time.Thank you:)

The place is in a nice location near Lido Beach. The rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly and even printed off some train tickets for us when we asked.

Lovely, safe, quiet location. 10 minutes walk to Vaporetto, 5 minute walk to beach . Elegant neighborhood, very friendly, helpful staff ( Ms King) Easy to reach Piazza San Marco by vaporetto within 15-20 minutes away. Good bars, cafes & shops nearby. Grounds well kept, pools were closed for the winter season (Oct) Rooms/ suite well furnished, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cozy living room with little kitchette & private rooftop patio. Perfect for a family or couple, so nice & quiet

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment, great size. 10 minute walk to ferry and restaurants nearby. The pool was big and lots of space round the pool. No issues during our stay.

The hotel definitely requires renovation. The rooms are large but have old furniture, all is old, including ACs that are there from 1960. The stuff is very nice and helpful, they contacted me directly to let me know about late check-in procedure, very nice folks.
