Credit card and identification documents will always be requested upon check-in as a guarantee. Clients that are not credit card holders will have to leave a 25% deposit.Group Reservations:
For reservations of 10 or more rooms, payment conditions are as follows:
- 10% payment of the total reservation cost must be made to the hotel at the time of booking;
- The remaining 90% must be paid 7 days prior to groups arrival.The hotel has a specific group ( 10 rooms) cancellation policy, that will be informed at time of booking.Clients departing prior to booked departure date will be charged the complete stay.

Location was far enough to not have noise from the central Praça but close enough to walk there easily. 26 mins from the airport and close enough to walk to restaurants on or off the complex. Great choices of restaurants from Asian, to steakhouse to sushi and everything inbetween

Stayed here many times. It’s a fantastic property in a great location. Staff are always friendly and Breakfast is the best.I always stay in a premium room as they have been refurbished.

Breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel location is excellent but it is getting a little tired with dated decor and old rooms but it’s still a treat to stay there
