The pool was amazing. Very helpful staff: Dian, Lia, Atik, Ayuni, Angie. Arranged a great tour with Dewa for us of the waterfalls and temples. Very close location, walking to the shops and restaurants in ubud Next to the monkey forest

Good hotel and location and the villas are super nice. Very good and super trustful and logic communication with hotel in front of the visit for pick up service. Small recommendation to the breakfast service: please have a single designated waiter per table, I got the same questions from 7 different people each morning. I am on holiday and I have all time in the world to wait a minute for my waiter. Being super fast by 7 different people is not really better 😉 … but everyone was super friendly! 😊

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was so kind and attentive. The room was spotless. The breakfast and restaurants on site were excellent. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury stay in Ubud!

Perfect location, walking distance to monkey forest and the main town centre. The view from the rooms, pool and breakfast are amazing. The staff were super friendly! Would definitely recommend this place!

The location was perfect for those wanting to get out and explore. They run a frequent shuttle too. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool area and habitat restaurant were excellent. The accommodation came with its own pool and garden area all well equipped. The inside of my room did not disappoint which a bath big enough for two, high tech room with everything you could wish for. I travel around 7 months of the year and it’s safe to say this one by far one of my favourite rooms so far. I’ll definitely go back. As a female traveling alone I the hotel staff were attentive to collect me from the restaurant and take me back to my room which was much appreciated.
