Comfortable bed and large bathroom were good and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Great wine list Sorano barolo was brilliant. Shabby fittings in some areas. Breakfast service needed more staff and you needed to ask for extra coffee. No menu choices which would be good. Instant coffee and no coffee machine in the city of Lavazza Very hot room. Expected a better service generally

Welcome / preparation of the arrival / Service / Food & Decor - where simply top and definitely exceeded my expectations. Windows are sound proof, you hear nothing of the nearby station - a mini walking distance away. Our Event (we visited 4 cities) was definitely by far the best at this property. The food was of high level, well presented and simply delicious

Thanks a lot to the team, it’s super supportive and friendly. I have prepared the special “birthday quest” for my husband and the hotel was one of the point. Hotel team helped me to organize that so my husband was super excited about the experience. By the way, the entire hotel team is amazing - from door welcome to waiters at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, this is one of the most beautiful breakfast rooms I have ever seen in hotels, and variety of meals exceeded our expectations. Lobby bar also serve a great food, we couldn’t find any decent place to have a quick dinner before Juventus game, so we got it at the lobby and it was super delicious. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Great hotel! Comfortable, beautifully-appointed rooms to the most fabulous breakfast room I've seen in years. Attentive staff (special thanks to Giada and Francesca) and spectacular views from the 6th floor bar. Lovely place!

Everything it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff made our stay magical, from the entrance to the breakfast room everything was spectacular. The view from the room and the location! Everything was just perfect, thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic experience from the time we arrived. Very friendly staff. The room was so comfortable & the decor was beautiful. We had everything we needed in the room from bathrobes to hairdryer & lovely spacious walk in wardrobe.
