The location couldn't have been better, directly across the road from the train station. Easy to reach from the airport. There were numerous cafes and restaurants around the hotel, with buses and trams passing in front of the hotel. Most of the main attractions were about 15-20 minutes walk away. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the staff, especially Benedetta and Martina, were so helpful and friendly. I would certainly stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff; lovely clean room and bathroom; good quality tea and coffee making facilities; we given some fresh milk on request which was very welcome. All in all, a very good experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends.

a comfortable and clean hotel a step away from the station, everything is very convenient and within walking distance, and for long distances there is public transport that leaves a step away from the hotel. We had a unique typically Italian terrace. We will definitely go back there again.

This hotel was so convenient for me, slightly noisy but not a game changer. Hotel provides free coffee if you ask and would have been nice if the adjoining small area could be converted so you can sit and drink your coffee rather than walk to reception area and spilling coffee.
