Kindness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff - Oumaima at the front desk was the smiliest receptionist ever! The breakfast ladies were super kind too. The location is convenient and very central. The hotel décor is lovely. Food at breakfast truly amazing - fresh and local. We unreservedly recommend the Royal Victoria Hotel :)
