Best place to stay in Tunis is the Medina and Dar El Jeld is the best place to stay in the Medina. Love the four fine chocolates in the room. Better than mint on a pillow.

It’s a superb experience with this boutique spa hotel. The property is elegant and nostalgic. The whole building is designed with details and service was attentive. It’s on the edge of the medina. We had the immersive feeling of staying back in the days while not being disturbed by the touristic business in the narrow alleyways inside the medina.

Everything was amazing. It exceeded my expectations: the building, the restaurants (both gastronomic and terrace), the spa, and the gift shop. Every detail was taken care of. The staff is super professional and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.
