Very close to Ueno station and a Family Mart nearby. Room is comfortable and good sized for Tokyo.

Cute little place. Close to Ueno station, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and had an open bathroom. It was great for a solo traveller. The staff were very helpful. Helped me worked the washing machines.

The location of the hotel was very good and ideal for travellers as the train station is just behind the hotel. Travelling was pretty convenient. There are also quite alot of halal food options nearby for Muslims which we really appreciated.

A convenient location next to Ueno station. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check in early- very welcome since my bus to Kawaguchiko had been cancelled last minute.

Fantastic location, easy walk to Ueno station. Food everywhere, small compact room, but all you really need as you’ll be exploring the city all day.

Big room in Tokyo,suitable to a family. All necessary things provided, there is a share kitchen(suitable to family with children) and washing machine.Hotel close to station. There is a delicious curry rice near hotel (open 9-23) ,my children took katsu curry everyday

A great location. We weren’t far from Ueno train station and the Ueno Zoological Park. Atre, which is at the train station, provided a choice of a good number of restaurants. Most started trading from 11am.

I left a pair of earrings and travelled back to Australia. They have worked very hard on getting my earrings delivered to me. Super helpful staff!! Also the location is great, lots of toiletries available. Would highly recommend
