Guests expecting to arrive during this time are required to use the main entrance on Stadium Dori Street.Please note that charging for utilizing swimming pool in “Allamanda Spa Aoyama Club” will be officially started from 11th April 2022. Entrance fee: JPY3,300（consumption tax included）/per person /per use.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Very large room - staff were very helpful and friendly. Condition of room was slightly tired and traditional style decor. Size of room did compensate ( much bigger than any other room we had whilst in Japan) and luxury brand toiletries available. First class location in very pleasant area and right next to train station and walking distance to main attractions. We used the swimming pool but note that there is a charge. It is a great lap pool and unusual to find in Tokyo so we definitely valued this facility.

Rooms are big Location is perfect for Omotesando shopping Staff are professional and helpful We were offered a room upgrade for a small fee, so we got a ginormous bed, which is firm and comfy. Toiletries were good and smelt divine This is the 2nd time we’re staying here, will be back next year :)

Staff were helpful and welcoming, the location near a Metro station and near to some major sights / shopping streets was pleasing.Room was well equipped, very clean. The tempura restaurant downstairs was excellent.

The stay was absolutely amazing! The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with an incredible shower that stood out as a highlight. The onsen, sauna, and gym facilities were also excellent, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and fitness.

The location of the hotel is right by the Gaiemmae train station along the Ginza Line which made getting around Tokyo extremely convenient. It was also a pleasant walk to Omotesando, whilst exploring the many different shops along the way. The surrounding area also has decent food options and loads of combinis!

We got breakfast included which I would't do again. It was not that great but other than that the hotel was exceptional. The location was great on the Ginza line and was next door to the hotel. The staff were fantastic and the room was amazing very large and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious, absolutely perfect for a family of three. Our room is on the 1st floor, but it's really quiet. The hotel location is also good, five minutes walk from the metro, and there's a Family Mart nearby.
