Fantastic location - 2 minute walk to JR and Metro lines and 7-Eleven/Lawsons. Great water pressure in the shower with ample of hot water. Full digital bidet with heated seat. Roof seating has a view of the Tokyo Tower. Washing and drying facilities available at a cost.

Water pressure in sink was set too low. Air conditioning settings kept changing, made it very hard to sleep as temperature ranged from freezing to boiling. Otherwise, good location, nice shower.

We have mixed experiences with the Bay Hotel. All in all it was a reasonable stay and not a bad hotel, but it comes with flaws that we have not experienced at other Japanese hotels. On the positive end we note that fine location for the Haneda monorail (station literally a couple of minutes away, walking distance), the good beds and fairly spacious room (superior room; although beds are in the corner, it leaves you with some nice ground space), good airconditioner and spacious shower.

The Bay Hotel is an excellent value given its location. We loved the spacious lobby, free coffee and amenities within (less than) a block from the hotel, especially the Boulangerie Noli et Nori Bakery. There are a Lawson's and 7/11 nearby as well. If you're tall/big people like us, the room was small, but liveable. The bathroom very accommodating (great shower). We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Close to public transport, quieter area but still pretty central to most tourist spots. Bathroom was big and spacious.

We loved our stay here so much that we canceled our other hotel in Tokyo, just to stay here again. The rooms are big enough for two people with backpacks. There are free ameneties, which makes backpacking even easier. The shower is an absolute hihhlight. The rooms are VERY clean and the bathroom and shower ventilation is excellent. The wifi signal was stable and fast. There are 2 people at the check in at all times and the lobby is big and comfortable. There is a great bakery just around the corner and one is in walking distance to the fish market.

Quite new, fresh and accessible. However the room was extremely small and cramped. We are an older couple, but appreciate that it would be better for a younger couple on a budget and for friends to share.

The staff is really very very kind and the hotel has a good location. Amenities were available, the self checkout was very convenient and the bathroom very clean. It’s perfect for a single or duo travelers !
