I think my favourite thing about this hostel is the location, it’s pretty spot on in the middle of town and literally a couple steps to Blokku. The interior is really cool and vintage. Flutura (one of the receptionists) was particularly amazing, she was very kind in answering all my questions (I had a lot) and she was very pleasant. The only thing I would change is the bathroom situation, I wish the bathrooms were en suite and probably a bit more polished. Otherwise I was happy with my stay. Booked the private double room on my second stay and it was really good.

Location very central, while bed is super comfortable. Vanilla Sky provides strong Wi Fi and cozy environment, on top of everything there is super friendly and helpful staff. Xhejms, and his local colleagues are always there if you have any question about Tirana hotspots or arranging transport to other touristic destinations,( like visiting beaches in the south, or short trip to Shkoder) In sum, Vanilla Sky Hostel is a great choice whether one is on a short or a long stay in Tirana.

This hostel is probably going to be the most stylish you stay at. The common areas are beautiful, the atmosphere in general is great, and the staff in person is very helpful. In the private room, I had probably the best bed and pillows outside a 5 star hotel so far, furnishings and other details were great too! Got lucky with not so noisy neighbors. Perfect for a weekend stay.

Location was good, close to many restaurants and bars. The hostel was ok, the kitchen was a bit dirty and always messy. The room was a bit crowded with furniture.

Room cleanliness is beyond amazing. Bed and mattress is very comfortable. The hostel and rooms design is well looked after. An excellent experience, a great example of how a hostel should look like. The location is right in the centre with a lot of bars, restaurants and shops in the surroundings. Definitely worth staying for groups or solo travellers. Coming back here for sure in my next visit to Tirana.

Excellent place to stay in Tirana. Very close to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops. Easy walk to tourist sites. Friendly staff and great facilities.
