Uncomfortable swimming pool. Because many locals with usual clothes sit around pool and look after for kids who swim with trainers. So absolutely any person from streets can go to hotel and spa zone. High price for such kind of hotel more than in EU. Hope the quality of service will grow.

Everything was nice! Staff was quick and willing to go extra mile to help. Breakfast options were sufficient (Coffee could be hotter)!

The staff were excellent ! We especially want to single out Diyora and Sevara at the front desk, They were unbelievably helpful; and so very sweet. Made all the difference between a good hotel and an excellent one.

- the staff was so lovely and helpful specially Mr. Abror and Ms. Gozzel they help us many times.. - Mr. Abror was so cooperative with us.. he give us complimentary drinks and car transportation to airport I highly recommend this hotel for family stay..
