Apparently, this is a new hotel. Everything was super clean, new, and not worn out. Staff is very nice and friendly, has good service and there is nice wellness with saunas, a pool and quite a good gym.

Excellent! The service was outstanding, the best I had for a while. The room was spacious and well equipped. You could see, that it was thought through. Where you need a hook or a place to put something, you would find it. The staff at breakfast was extremely attentive.

The entire staff was super friendly. The breakfast team with Daler, Dilshoda and Jasur were very welcoming and down for a little chat telling us more about Tasjkent. Also a special shout-out to Alina and Saida who arranged taxis and literally saved me in my hunt for a bank that allowed me to withdraw some money from my Dutch Bank account after my only creditcard had broken in two. In addition, I was surprised by the standard of English spoken by the staff, which was excellent.
