Great location if you want to be close to the kitesurfing beach out of town. We liked the quietness and views. Lovely comfortable accommodation.

The location is very good, we were there birding, and the view into the countryside and hills are amazing. The facilities of Villa Pirata are very good there is a laundry room with washing machines, and soap liquid provided. Ironing board and irons. Clothes Airers for your washing. The Villas are compact, new modern nice furnishings, and very clean and comfortable. A Good selection of pots and pans, no kettle but that is not an issue. On previous reviews people mentioned a problem with flys, the windows have fly screens👍 if you have the door open, flys will get in, it is the countryside!! But a fly spray is provided👍also staff are friendly. Definitely booking again…

The Apartment is very cozy, has everything you need. It is very close to the beach, around 10min walking or 5 min with the car. It is as well very close to tarifa driving. Also very safety because is in a private area.

Villa Pirata is in perfect location if you wish to experience windsurfing or kite, close to the beach. Calm place surrounded by nature, few km from town, several restaurants nearby, place is very quite and pleasant during the night. Spotlessly clean, well equipped apartments, with private patio which was a nice addition. Easy access with a car from main road, parking on site. The owner Frederico is very kind and nice, we managed to communicate easily although we do not speak Spanish.

We spent a few lovely days in the apartment. The instructions for entering are clear and simple. The apartment has good quality furnishings, everything seems quite new and very clean. The location is quiet and has a nice garden with parking space. No doubt, we would book it again!

Location is great, just outside tarifa, the flat was really clean, well equipped, very organized and new. You can see there are peple caring behind. You have few restaurant nearby and there is a road where you can walk up to hill and enjoy the fields as well. Chilled area.
