Great breakfast, good location. Staff are friendly. Room are generous in size and large bed. Reception is very hopeful.

Service was excellent. When we checked in, our room had cigarette smell and when we informed the front desk, they immediately replace another room and offered a token of apology (a cup and coaster). The hotel also provided breakfast, though very small selection of food, for the price we paid, it was decent. There were a few morning where we did not want to head down for breakfast, the staff allowed me to pack some food back into the room (and provide boxes etc). Room was clean and room service was excellent. Bed was nice and came with 2 pillow each. I liked that the sink was outside the toilet as it allowed use while the toilet was occupied.

The hotel was well presented, clean and in a convenient location. Staff were kind and communicated in english, and when couldn't were kind enough to use translation.

It was an extremely clean, neat and nicely decorated lobby. Room was small but very functional and designed to maximize space..Breakfast soup of choice was great.

I like the fact that breakfast was included, simple but enough! It’s about 8 minutes walk from the Tainan train station. Better to walk than taking the public transport.

This was a nice clean, modern hotel in a great location in Tainan. The staff were friendly, the common areas were modern and well decorated and the rooms were clean and up to date. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. The included breakfast was a bit odd and a mix of Asian/western items but was nice and a good start to the day. Really, there was nothing negative to nitpick here. I would stay here again in Tainan.

We received a very warm welcome. Cute book markers at the reception We felt very comfortable. The staff was so lovely and friendly 🏡🤩 WiFi works super fast. Nice and clean room. A quite place to stay. Breakfast very rich and delicious 😋

Clean room with a fairly comfortable bed. However the layout of the room was limiting and made the room feel smaller and a bit cramped. Adequate sound proofing for a brief three night stay. Being just a ten minute walk from the train station, the location was convenient. Reception staff were very helpful.
