The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond for all our needs. we arrived early and were very wet and the staff went out of their way to get us in our room early. The hotel is decorated beautifully. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. We had a 3 course evening meal it was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were all very friendly & helpful-nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was set out perfectly & delicious. Evening meals also fabulous. The room was compact but spotlessly clean with a lovely shower. Would definitely recommend & return.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, quality food. Our room was small but comfortable, a room in the courtyard, we had people in a room above us that were a bit heavy footed and kept us awake a while but that’s no reflection on the hotel, for what we paid with a good breakfast we could not complain . Will definitely use this hotel again

Breakfast was excellent. This was our second stay because rooms was great and food was lovely with friendly staff. Plenty of hot water. Linen and towels exceptional. Location is amazing- cross the road and you're walking distance on the promenade to lovely restaurants and beach. Really close to hospital and sports facilities for any sporting families.

Excellent location for Mumbles, room a bit on the small size but ok for the one night we were staying. Could hear some noise from rooms above but generally very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, good quality and cooked breakfast was perfect. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional, all in all a very good visit, would recommend.

Clean, comfortable room, probably newly refurbished. Fantastic choice at breakfast, both of cooked dishes and fruit, yogurt, pastries etc. Car parking right outside. Close to sea front promenade - we could just see the sea from our ground floor room.

Beautiful old hotel with lovely vista over the water, well back from the main road so very quiet. Our room was enormous by UK standards, as it had a fold-out sofa bed to accommodate 2 more. Nicely decorated, with all the accessories and very comfortable. As with many old hotels here, accessing the upstair rooms is a bit up and down stairs, but I think this is part of their charm.. Really felt like we were stepping back into the past, with a lovely old bar to sit and enjoy a drink downstairs. Just a few minutes walk into the high street of Mumbles.
