Lucy is a brilliant host; very welcoming and amusing. Our 'sea view' room lived up to expectations and was very comfortable with a good en-suite shower room. Breakfast was excellent. The bus into Dartmouth was a bonus allowing us a great day out without having to drive.

The guest house has an amazing view of the beach. The beach was a two minute drive or a 10 minute walk. The host,Lucy was amazing. She made our stay for the 2 nights amazing. Breakfast was really good and the coffee too. Definitely coming back here. The rooms were clean and kept clean during our stay.

Lovely location and a very good breakfast. Large, comfortable bed. Onsite parking and an easy 10 minute drive to Dartmouth. Friendly host.

Great breakfast and location, and an amazing view from the room of the Start Bay! Lucy was very helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay.
