First of all the staff, professional, very helpful friendly, excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, we had outside of the room fresh water for free, the furnitures was really good Quality. There was free parking where on the night there is closed door and you feel safe about your car. We had dinner on the restaurant and the food was great but the service was excellent, the mister where served us was unbelievable good. The next time where we will be on Bergamo we will stay again in Mercure Hotel for sure.

Good location near Bergamo Airport. Very friendly employees. As I had to leave very early, they prepared me a breakfast kit. Also very convenient that there is a petrol station next door as I had to fill up the tank of the rental car which I had to hand in.

Very convenient location not far from BGY airport (10-15 minutes by car). Providing ground free parking for visitors. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Friendly stuff.

Breakfast was amazing value for money so cheap compared to most hotels. Great variety of dishes for all tastes. Staff were very nice , good looking friendly when we arrived. Location was quiet , slept like a lig.
