The location is great, being only a few blocks away from Penn Station made getting around super easy. The staff were super accommodating and welcoming and there was entertainment by the bar in the evening! The room was cute and comfortable, the TV was great and the room service was great as well. I would stay again here!

The comfort of the rooms was outstanding—spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation after a long day. The hotel's location was ideal for visiting Manhattan’s iconic attractions, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of many must-see spots. Overall, this hotel combines excellent service, a great breakfast, and unbeatable comfort in a prime location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City!

The location of the hotel was good. Right in the centre of Manhattan. Breakfast was good. Rooms are well maintained with regular cleaning. Staff are very kind and helpful. The lobby is very spacious.

Great Location close to Hells Kitchen Restaurants and Times Square. Good small compact room but perfect for a week working. Great staff, very bright and welcoming. Great Bar with great craic

The window can be opened. The bed was comfortable, the room was big. Great location (just a 30-minute walk to Central Park, 15- minute walk to Times Square) Breakfast is decent: eggs, fruits, yogurt, and sausages. You won’t go hungry.

Spacious room for New York, breakfast was busy but there was always plenty of choice. Brilliant location and very attentive/friendly staff. Our room was cleaned every day.
