The properly was homely, clean, modern and have everything you needed! Linen, towels, tea, shower gels to name a few. The properly was close by to the old town and had nearby restaurants and bars too. The hot tub and the pool were added bonuses and made for a lovely stay. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful too!

beautiful small hotel, the room was clean and modernly decorated, equipped with a large smart TV with a large number of programs. Heated and clean jacuzzi on the terrace with a view of the islands, cafe on the ground floor, etc.

The room I received was very spacious with plenty storage space and a sizable en suite bathroom. The place was very clean and the staff was most accommodating. I should also note that the place is very conveniently located and can be reached in 15 minutes on foot along quite a scenic route from Split bus station.

Nice spacious, clean and tidy room, jacuzzi clean and heated and always available, large cafe on the ground floor with a large selection of cocktails and free coffee for hotel guests.

Lovely stay close to the beach. The location was perfect, in a quiet, safe neighborhood with supermarkets nearby. The beach was a 5 min walk and there are some good restaurants situated there as well. The building itself is beautiful and very clean. We loved the pool, especially with the hot temperatures in summer it’s a great way to cool off anytime you want (or when you come back from the beach or the town for example). I’d say it’s a necessity in Split during summer! There was never a lack of available beds near the pool or on the terrace. We haven’t tried the hot tub but it looked very nice. The rooms were nice, sufficiently spacious and clean. Upon request or every couple of days they change the linen and towels. The mini refrigerator was very convenient. Then the staff: they were great. We had a few issues upon arrival and they fixed it right away. We felt very at home and they were always up for a chat. Whatever we needed, they took care of it. It really felt like a luxurious stay.

Very nice modern room and very clean. The coffee bar and the pool were nice extras. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall we had a great stay here.
