I love the Orchard Hotel. It is close to the popular expat hang, Tanglin Mall which is one of our favourite parts of Singapore. Had a professional check in with Len. He was very helpful and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Tina has the breakfast room well in hand as always. She’s like mum - checks on you and makes sure you have everything. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. So many choices. Beats many of the other Singapore properties by a country mile! Thank you Orchard for another great stay.

Staff excellent.Specially Mr Shabir at reception. He was one of the best hotel receptionists we have met in our extensive travels all around the world. Most helpful in anything we requested.

A nice location and staff very pleasant too. We stayed on the top floor (18th) and this is a signature floor but the room and furniture were tired and need updating.

We got more than we expected as the price didn’t indicate that this would be luxurious, but it was. The bed was extremely comfortable. All the expected amenities were there - the bathroom was well appointed. Buffet breakfast was included in my booking which I didn’t realise, and it was fantastic! Plenty of local and regional options as well as continental options. The food in the buffet was clearly fresh and all delicious. Location is great even with a stroller. It is close (less than 3 minute walk) to a 7/11 and some 24 hour coffee shops as well as 24 hour fast food options - although 24 hour in room dining is available.

Wow! My room was amazing. The decor was incredible. Bathroom was so well appointed. Bed was super comfy. The rest of my experience was great, too. Breakfast was super delicious with so many options.

Room Service and maid staff were OUTSTANDING!!!! the Breakfast was Great! Except for the fruit flies buzzing around on the food!!!!!
