The bed was super comfy. The morning buffet was excellent and the staff really friendly and helpful. It's very easy to reach the china town and other parts of the city by using the bus (50m distance) or take a stroll on Alexandra park connector!

Polite, friendly, professional staff through-out the hotel. Check-in at the front desk was easier done in person as opposed to the online link which wouldn't load correctly. Good location along the river and across from the mrt station. Endless filtered drinking water available in the room. Good water pressure from the shower. Breakfast pretty good albeit semi-international (bit limited compared to others) but the chef at the egg station was really efficient.

Large, clean well appointed rooms. Very comfortable bed. Great location with restaurants and bars nearby. Right on the river so great walking path nearby. Staff super helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel. Comfortable room, huge bed, lovely shampoo and shower gel. Fantastic gym and amazing pool. Breakfast was out of this world. Staff were so helpful. In a perfect location - 15-20 min stroll along the river the the main waterfront area, 15 min walk to Raffles, lively cafe’s, bars and food places all around the river walkway. Could not fault this hotel.

Poor shower facility on wall over bath. Shower curtain shows age and did not prevent water runnjng outside of bath onto floor. Small drain under sink to which water could run to. Modern shower unit must better and safer

Location was great, room was lovely. The pool was lovely and I used it every day.

Room was spacious, recently renovated and clean. Mattress was too soft, just fluffy topside that made my back hurt. The view of Singapore river and Marina Sands was also really good. Quite good gym, well equipped with new treadmills. Excellent location nearby Havelock MRT. Very good breakfast with plenty options, expresso coffee (Good coffee machines but coffee beans quality average/low) Swimming pool is small for a hotel this size, also not enough sunbeds. I had a 20% discount offer in food&beverages included in my reservation that the property refused to apply. This discount was advertised before paying the booking and was in black and white when I received confirmation after payment. I complained and Booking.com was in contact with the hotel but in the end they still refused. So this was a bad move from them and Booking.com

The large scale made it difficult for staff to always be available especially with helping to take bags to the room but all the cleaners and catering staff were perfect.
