There is pretty much nothing to fault. The stay was amazing. Our stay in this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The rooms are in a beautiful medieval palace in the heart of Siena. It is quite a small hotel, which makes it feel very homely and cozy. The room was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities that one would expect from this price range. What struck me particularly was how big the rooms were, how clean and how big and comfortable the bathtub was. In the morning there was an incredible breakfast spread waiting for us downstairs. But the most special thing about the hotel were the employees. Everyone was absolutely fantastic and made our stay so enjoyable and positive. Thank you all so much! You deserve a pay rise.

Everything was PERFECT. This is a true 5 star luxury hotel, not a 4 star. I have never seen a hotel exceed expectations in every way. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED STAYING HERE!!!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the historic centre of Siena. Very helpful staff with an excellent breakfast, plus the room that we had at the top full had a magnificent view of Siena.

Amazing service in a beautiful apartments heart of Siena. We had the panoramic suite which had a beautiful view. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Best service we have had so far in Italy! Would definitely recommend staying here.
